I made these "oreos" for Matt's fantasy football draft last weekend. They were definitely a hit and they looked so cute! I used this recipe from Giada DeLaurentiis. The only change is I made my cookies a little on the smaller side since they are so rich. I only let them bake for 10 minutes so they would be nice and chewy. Make sure to let them cool all the way before you put the frosting in the middle. Yum!
